Amend CSSB 1133 (senate committee printing) in SECTION 1 of the bill, immediately following added Article 56C.004, Code of Criminal Procedure (page 2, between lines 18 and 19), by inserting the following:
Art. 56C.005. EXPIRATION OF CHAPTER. This chapter expires on the second anniversary of the date that all money appropriated for the program established under this chapter has been expended.
