Amend CSSB 1236 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 2, line 13, strike "or" and substitute the following:
(4) the discharge of a firearm during the legal taking of an alligator; or
(2) On page 2, line 14, strike "(4)" and substitute "(5)".
