Amend CSSB 1445 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 5, line 13, between "force" and the semicolon, insert the following:
, including:
(i) lethal force; and
(ii) less lethal force
(2) On page 5, strike lines 20 and 21, and substitute the following:
(H) active shooters;
(I) barricaded subjects;
(J) crowd control; and
(K) response to public protests;
(3) On page 11, between lines 21 and 22, insert the following appropriately lettered paragraph and reletter subsequent paragraphs of proposed Section 1701.171(a), Occupations Code, and cross-references to those paragraphs accordingly:
