Amend SB 1677 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 2, between lines 14 and 15, insert the following appropriately numbered subdivision and renumber subsequent subdivisions accordingly:
(____) "Governmental entity" means this state, a political subdivision of this state, or an agency of this state or a political subdivision of this state.
(2) On page 2, line 24, between "organizations" and "to", insert "or governmental entities".
(3) On page 3, line 9, between "organization" and "seeking", insert "or governmental entity".
