Amend SB 1933 on third reading, immediately after added Section 31.079(c), Election Code, by inserting the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) The report described by Subsection (c) must include the individual's name, phone number, address, driver's license number, history of filing complaints under Section 31.017(a)(1), and the name of the county in which the individual is registered to vote.
