Amend SCR 17 (senate committee report) by inserting the following between the first and second resolved clauses:

RESOLVED, That the "Keep Nine" amendment shall also include the following requirements: 1) mandatory recusal on cases involving previous clients or employers of a justice's family member; 2) 12-year term limits; 3) a prohibition on eligibility to be a Supreme Court justice if the justice or a justice's family member has ever participated in insurrection against the federal government; 4) financial disclosure of the judge's sources of wealth; and, be it further
