Amend SJR 87 (senate committee report) as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 2 of the resolution (page 1, lines 43-44), strike "certain tangible personal property" and substitute "equipment or inventory".

(2)  In SECTION 2 of the resolution (page 1, lines 45-46), strike "as a finished good or used in the manufacturing or processing of medical or biomedical products" and substitute "to protect the Texas healthcare network and strengthen our medical supply chain".
