| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 54.2001(b), Government Code, is amended | ||
| to read as follows: | ||
| (b) The judges of the district and statutory county courts | ||
| in Guadalupe County by majority [ |
||
| magistrates as authorized by the Commissioners Court of Guadalupe | ||
| County. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. | ||
