R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Jeff Bonner of Pampa retired as a technical guidance
  biologist for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department in February
  2022, concluding an outstanding tenure with the agency that spanned
  more than two decades; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Bonner joined TPWD in 2000 as a private lands
  biologist stationed in Seguin, and three years later, he became the
  district biologist for the northeast area of the Panhandle region;
  he assumed his most recent role as a technical guidance biologist in
  2010, and his many responsibilities included working with
  landowners to protect area wildlife; and
         WHEREAS, Prior to his career with TPWD, Mr. Bonner was
  employed as a manager at a ranch in Duval County for five years; he
  holds a bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University and a master's
  degree in range and wildlife management from Texas A&M
  University-Kingsville; and
         WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Mr. Bonner enjoys the love and
  support of his wife, Mendi, and he takes great pride in their
  children, Jenna Leigh and Garrett; an avid outdoorsman, he delights
  in hunting, hiking, fishing, and camping; and
         WHEREAS, Through his expertise, professionalism, and
  commitment to the agency's mission, Jeff Bonner greatly benefited
  TPWD and the citizens of the Lone Star State, and he may indeed
  reflect with pride on a career well spent; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
  Legislature hereby congratulate Jeff Bonner on his retirement from
  the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and extend to him sincere
  best wishes for the future; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. Bonner as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
