R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, Women's History Month is held in March to celebrate |
|
the myriad contributions made by women in every field and facet of |
|
our society, and this observance provides a fitting opportunity to |
|
recognize the exemplary service of Julieta Sepulveda Ramirez; and |
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Sepulveda Ramirez has distinguished herself |
|
through her dedicated efforts as secretary of the Fabens |
|
Independent School District Board of Trustees, and the skill and |
|
professionalism she has demonstrated in this important role have |
|
earned her the respect and admiration of her fellow Texans; and |
|
WHEREAS, Through her deep commitment to her duties, |
|
Ms. Sepulveda Ramirez greatly benefits the students, faculty, and |
|
staff she serves, and her achievements make her a worthy role model |
|
for other women seeking public office; and |
|
WHEREAS, The Lone Star State is fortunate to have passionate |
|
and engaged leaders like Julieta Sepulveda Ramirez, and she may |
|
take justifiable pride in her contributions and in the inspiring |
|
example she has set for others; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|
Legislature hereby commend Julieta Sepulveda Ramirez for her |
|
service as secretary of the Fabens Independent School District |
|
Board of Trustees and extend to her sincere best wishes for |
|
continued success in all her endeavors; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for Ms. Sepulveda Ramirez as an expression of high regard |
|
by the Texas House of Representatives. |
