R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Women's History Month is held in March to celebrate |
|
|
the myriad contributions made by women in every field and facet of |
|
|
our society, and this observance provides a fitting opportunity to |
|
|
recognize the exemplary service of Andrea Hutchins; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Hutchins has distinguished herself through her |
|
|
dedicated efforts as the first female CEO of the El Paso Chamber, |
|
|
and the skill and professionalism she has demonstrated in this |
|
|
important role have earned her the respect and admiration of her |
|
|
fellow Texans; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Through her deep commitment to her duties, |
|
|
Ms. Hutchins greatly benefits the chamber members she serves, and |
|
|
her achievements make her a worthy role model for other women in |
|
|
business; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The Lone Star State is fortunate to have passionate |
|
|
and engaged leaders like Andrea Hutchins, and she may take |
|
|
justifiable pride in her contributions and in the inspiring example |
|
|
she has set for others; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Andrea Hutchins for her service as the |
|
|
first female CEO of the El Paso Chamber and extend to her sincere |
|
|
best wishes for continued success in all her endeavors; and, be it |
|
|
further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Hutchins as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
