R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, The family and friends of Lacy Lea Pruski of Poth
  suffered an immeasurable loss with her passing on March 18, 2023, at
  the age of 39; and
         WHEREAS, The daughter of Jerry and Sunny Pruski, Lacy Pruski
  was born on May 30, 1983, and she grew up with the companionship of
  two sisters, Amy and Lauren; she attended Falls City High School and
  went on to graduate from The University of Texas at San Antonio with
  a bachelor's degree in communication; and
         WHEREAS, Ms. Pruski enjoyed a rewarding career as the human
  resources manager for Karnes County; a passionate advocate for
  education, she was a founding member and the inaugural president of
  the La Vernia Education Foundation, and at the time of her passing,
  she was running for a seat on the Poth Independent School District
  School Board; and
         WHEREAS, Above all else, Ms. Pruski was a caring mother to
  her two daughters, Audrey and Olivia; and
         WHEREAS, Although she will be deeply missed, the passage of
  time will never diminish the joy and love that Lacy Pruski brought
  into the lives of all who knew her; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Lacy Lea Pruski and
  extend heartfelt condolences to the members of her family: to her
  parents, Jerry and Sunny Pruski; to her children, Audrey and Olivia
  Felux; to her sisters, Amy Pruski and Lauren Ploch and her husband,
  Ryan; to her nieces, Caroline and Eleanor Ploch; and to her many
  other relatives and friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Lacy
  Pruski.
