R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Leanne Libby of the Corpus Christi Independent |
|
|
School District received a 2023 Women in Education Award from the |
|
|
Education Service Center Region 2 at its Outstanding Women in |
|
|
Education event on March 29; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Libby has 13 years of experience in the field of |
|
|
education and currently holds the title of chief communication |
|
|
officer for Corpus Christi ISD; she excels in promoting and |
|
|
celebrating the district's students, and her wealth of knowledge |
|
|
and calm demeanor under all circumstances have made her a valuable |
|
|
member of CCISD staff; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Leanne Libby has set an outstanding example of |
|
|
leadership and dedication to which others may aspire, and she is |
|
|
indeed deserving of this noteworthy honor; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Leanne Libby on her receipt of a |
|
|
2023 Women in Education Award from the Education Service Center |
|
|
Region 2 and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success |
|
|
in her important work; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Libby as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
