R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Cyrus Hosseini has ably served his fellow Texans as |
|
|
an aide in the office of State Representative Ann Johnson during the |
|
|
88th Legislative Session; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff in January 2023, |
|
|
Mr. Hosseini has provided vital assistance in handling a wide |
|
|
variety of challenging tasks; in addition to gaining valuable |
|
|
experience in the field of public service, he has learned more about |
|
|
the legislative process and the issues facing citizens of the Lone |
|
|
Star State; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A Hobby Fellow, Mr. Hosseini holds a bachelor's |
|
|
degree in economics from the University of Houston; since |
|
|
graduating summa cum laude in December 2022, he has continued his |
|
|
studies at UH, working toward a master's degree in applied |
|
|
economics; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Cyrus Hosseini has performed his duties as a |
|
|
legislative aide with skill and dedication, and he is indeed |
|
|
deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore, |
|
|
be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Cyrus Hosseini for his service as a |
|
|
legislative aide in the office of State Representative Ann Johnson |
|
|
and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all |
|
|
his endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Hosseini as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
