R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Anna Marie Sanchez Varela was honored by the City of |
|
|
Edcouch as part of the 2022 From the Delta, With Love ceremony; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The From the Delta, With Love program highlights |
|
|
musicians and other artists who have contributed to the vibrant |
|
|
culture of the Delta area; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Anna Marie Sanchez Varela is furthering an |
|
|
impressive legacy of artistic achievement in the Lone Star State, |
|
|
and it is a pleasure to join in recognizing her for her exceptional |
|
|
talent; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Anna Marie Sanchez Varela on being |
|
|
honored at the 2022 From the Delta, With Love ceremony and extend to |
|
|
her sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Sanchez Varela as an expression of high regard by |
|
|
the Texas House of Representatives. |
