| WHEREAS, Rule 5, Section 21, House Rules of Procedure, 88th | ||
| Legislature, allows the house, by resolution, to open the floor of | ||
| the house during its sessions for public ceremonies as may be deemed | ||
| warranted; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas | ||
| Legislature hereby grant permission for the floor of the house to be | ||
| opened on Saturday, May 27, 2023, for the Fallen Heroes Memorial | ||
| Service. | ||
