R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Kellie Stanford has been honored with the Employee |
|
|
Excellence Award for April 2023 from the La Marque Police |
|
|
Department; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Officer Stanford joined the La Marque PD as a |
|
|
telecommunicator in January 2016, and she currently serves as a |
|
|
community policing officer; in the course of her career, she has |
|
|
distinguished herself as a skilled and dedicated law enforcement |
|
|
professional, and she has served as an exemplary ambassador for the |
|
|
City of La Marque; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Through her hard work and commitment to the La |
|
|
Marque Police Department's important mission, Kellie Stanford has |
|
|
earned the respect and admiration of her colleagues and fellow |
|
|
citizens alike, and she may indeed reflect with pride on her |
|
|
exceptional record of achievement; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Kellie Stanford on receiving the |
|
|
Employee Excellence Award for April 2023 from the La Marque Police |
|
|
Department and extend to her sincere best wishes for the future; |
|
|
and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Officer Stanford as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
