R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Toni Rahchelle Bryant has ably served her fellow |
|
|
Texans as district director in the office of State Representative |
|
|
Venton Jones during the 88th Legislature; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Bryant has played a vital role in managing |
|
|
operations in Representative Jones's district office and in keeping |
|
|
the Capitol office informed about constituent needs; during her |
|
|
tenure, she has earned the appreciation of her colleagues through |
|
|
her resourcefulness and initiative; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Admired for her civic engagement, Ms. Bryant serves |
|
|
as a precinct chair for the Dallas County Democratic Party and as a |
|
|
member of the County Executive Committee; she has also given of her |
|
|
time and talents to a number of worthy organizations, including |
|
|
Autism Speaks, Girl Scouts of the USA, and the African American |
|
|
Museum of Dallas; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed her |
|
|
duties as district director with skill and dedication, and she is |
|
|
indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Toni Rahchelle Bryant for her service as |
|
|
district director in the office of State Representative Venton |
|
|
Jones and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in |
|
|
all her endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Bryant as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
