R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, State Representative Terry Wilson has benefited
  immeasurably from the outstanding work of his office's interns
  throughout the 88th Legislative Session; and
         WHEREAS, A native of Dallas, Beck Wagoner attends Austin
  Community College; he serves as a camp counselor during the summer
  at Camp Longhorn Indian Springs and is a member of the Sigma Alpha
  Epsilon fraternity; and
         WHEREAS, Cayden Cherne is a recent graduate of Georgetown
  High School, where she was captain of the varsity swim team and
  graduated in the top 10 percent of her class; and
         WHEREAS, A graduate of Waco High School, David "Dax" Roberson
  III is an economics major at The University of Texas at Austin and
  is involved with the Kappa Alpha fraternity and the University
  Finance Association; and
         WHEREAS, Throughout the legislative session, Kristine Meyer
  has distinguished herself with her commitment to community
  involvement and public service; an exceptional student as well, she
  has demonstrated a strong interest in medicine and law and is active
  in numerous research projects and organizations on her campus; and
         WHEREAS, During his internship, Lucas Pope excelled at
  analyzing legislation; a graduate of Lamar High School in Houston,
  he is in the Plan II Honors program at UT Austin and a member of the
  Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity; and
         WHEREAS, Markham Dossett attends Austin Community College
  and plans to transfer to UT Austin to study economics; he has also
  gained valuable experience working on his family's ranch near
  Crawford; and
         WHEREAS, Wesley Gafford recently earned a bachelor's degree
  in political science from St. Edward's University, where he has
  been a starting pitcher on the school's baseball team; and
         WHEREAS, These esteemed public servants have all performed
  their duties with skill and dedication, and they are indeed
  deserving of special recognition for their fine work; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
  Legislature hereby commend the interns in the office of State
  Representative Terry Wilson for their exemplary service and extend
  to them sincere best wishes for continued success in all their
  endeavors; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That official copies of this resolution be prepared
  for Representative Wilson's interns as an expression of high regard
  by the Texas House of Representatives.
