| relating to term limits for members of the state executive | ||
| committee of the University Interscholastic League. | ||
| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 33.083, Education Code, is amended by | ||
| adding Subsection (e) to read as follows: | ||
| (e) A person may not serve more than two consecutive terms | ||
| on the state executive committee of the University Interscholastic | ||
| League. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. | ||
