A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the office of vehicle fleet management's plan for the state's vehicle fleet.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:

SECTION 1. Section 2171.104(b), Government Code, is repealed.

SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023.
