A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to management review of certain investigations conducted by the Department of Family and Protective Services.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:

SECTION 1. Section 48.1523, Human Resources Code, is repealed.

SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023.
