| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 48.1523, Human Resources Code, is | ||
| repealed. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. | ||
