| Relating to the establishment of assistance for veterans. | ||
| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 164.003, Natural Resources Code, is | ||
| amended to add 164.003(a) follows: | ||
| Sec. 164.003(a) The board shall review the establishment of a | ||
| Veterans Affairs cash-out refinance loan. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. | ||
