SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 388
         WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
  recognize NBT Financial Bank on the occasion of its 50th
  anniversary, which it will celebrate on October 8, 2023; and
         WHEREAS, Originally called the National Bank of Texas at
  Fort Worth, NBT Financial Bank was organized in 1973 by a group of
  Fort Worth community leaders who saw the need for a local bank
  where customers could receive community-oriented financial
  services and advice to develop their businesses; and
         WHEREAS, NBT Financial Bank has been consistently
  recognized for its dedication to customer service, its financial
  strength, and its position as a market leader in the Greater Fort
  Worth area; and
         WHEREAS, For five decades, NBT Financial Bank has been a
  locally owned and independent community bank that provides
  prompt, courteous service and looks to establish long-term
  relationships with customers and to be a vital part of the
  economies of Fort Worth, Azle, Burleson, Hurst, Willow Park, and
  surrounding cities; and
         WHEREAS, NBT Financial Bank has the reputation of being
  Fort Worth's hometown bank by virtue of offering superb service
  to its many on-site and online customers; the bank now has four
  branches that contribute to the local economy and provide
  business owners with funds and resources to enable their
  businesses to grow; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 88th
  Legislature, hereby commend NBT Financial Bank as it celebrates
  its 50th anniversary and extend to its customers, career
  associates, and shareholders best wishes on the bank's continued
  success in the future; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  the bank in honor of this special occasion.
