SENATE RESOLUTION
|

BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the Permanent Rules of the Senate, 88th Legislature, be amended |
|
|
by amending Rule 5.14(b) to read as follows: |
|
|
(b) Before the 126th [130th] calendar day of the regular |
|
|
session, the Senate may not suspend the regular order of business |
|
|
and take up a bill, joint resolution, or resolution until the |
|
|
second day the bill, joint resolution, or resolution has been |
|
|
posted on the Intent Calendar. |
