SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 703
         WHEREAS, Connie Sinclair is retiring from John B. Connally
  High School in the Pflugerville Independent School District on
  May 30, 2023, drawing to a close an exemplary tenure with the
  school; and
         WHEREAS, Mrs. Sinclair has worked in the front office at
  Connally High for 25 years; a beloved fixture at the school, she
  was honored with its Humanitarian of the Year award in 2000,
  2009, and 2022, and she was named Employee of the Month in
  February 2019; and
         WHEREAS, In all her endeavors, Mrs. Sinclair enjoys the
  love and support of her husband of 31 years, David; and
         WHEREAS, Through her dedication, professionalism, and
  commitment to excellence, Connie Sinclair has greatly benefited
  the students and staff of Connally High School and earned the
  respect and admiration of all those who have been fortunate
  enough to work with her, and she may indeed reflect with pride on
  a career well spent as she embarks on the next exciting chapter of
  her life; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 88th
  Legislature, hereby congratulate Connie Sinclair on her
  retirement from John B. Connally High School and extend to her
  sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be
  prepared for Mrs. Sinclair as an expression of high regard from
  the Texas Senate.
