R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Connie Sinclair is retiring from John B. Connally |
|
|
High School in the Pflugerville Independent School District on |
|
|
May 30, 2023, drawing to a close an exemplary tenure with the |
|
|
school; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mrs. Sinclair has worked in the front office at |
|
|
Connally High for 25 years; a beloved fixture at the school, she was |
|
|
honored with its Humanitarian of the Year award in 2000, 2009, and |
|
|
2022, and she was named Employee of the Month in February 2019; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, In all her endeavors, Mrs. Sinclair enjoys the love |
|
|
and support of her husband of 31 years, David; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Through her dedication, professionalism, and |
|
|
commitment to excellence, Connie Sinclair has greatly benefited the |
|
|
students and staff of Connally High School and earned the respect |
|
|
and admiration of all those who have been fortunate enough to work |
|
|
with her, and she may indeed reflect with pride on a career well |
|
|
spent as she embarks on the next exciting chapter of her life; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the 88th Texas Legislature |
|
|
hereby congratulate Connie Sinclair on her retirement from John B. |
|
|
Connally High School and extend to her sincere best wishes for the |
|
|
future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mrs. Sinclair as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas Senate. |
