The Senate adopted the following resolutions:

Suspending limitations on conference committee jurisdiction on S.B. 1893.

Suspending limitations on conference committee jurisdiction on S.B.10.

Instructing the enrolling clerk of the house to make corrections in H.B. No. 1605.

Instructing the enrolling clerk of the house to make corrections in H.B. No. 1058.

The Senate concurred in House amendments to the following:

Relating to the tenure and employment of faculty members at certain public institutions of higher education.

Relating to additional periods of possession of or access to a child to compensate for denial of court-ordered possession or access.

Relating to the directors and administration of the Hidalgo County Water Improvement District No. 3.

Relating to the interstate voter registration crosscheck program.

Relating to the rights of a parent or guardian with a child in certain child-care facilities.

Relating to access to criminal history record information for certain employees, volunteers, and contractors, and for applicants for those positions, by the Health and Human Services Commission.

Relating to the confidentiality of certain information for employees of a county courthouse or the Office of Court Administration of the Texas Judicial System and the employees' family members.

Relating to an employment preference for members of the military and their spouses for positions at state agencies.

Relating to the creation of a work group to study the benefits of coal-to-nuclear electric generating facility conversion.

Relating to the temporary regulation of the practice of veterinary medicine by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Relating to guardianships, alternatives to guardianship, and supports and services for incapacitated persons.

Relating to the registration of virtual currency mining facilities in the ERCOT power region that demand a large load of interruptible power.

Relating to the notice and petition for the creation of a municipal utility district in certain counties.

Relating to a requirement that certain plats for the subdivision of land include evidence of groundwater supply.

The Senate refused to concur in House amendments and requested the appointment of a Conference Committee on the following:

Relating to the creation of a task force to develop a plan for the consolidation of the functions of workforce development programs administered by the Texas Workforce Commission and social services programs administered by the Health and Human Services Commission.

The Senate adopted conference committee reports on the following bills:

Relating to contributions to, benefits from, and the administration of systems and programs administered by the Teacher Retirement System of Texas.

Relating to prohibiting the use of certain restraints, chemical irritants, or a Taser or similar device on certain public school students.

Relating to the continuation and functions of the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement; authorizing a fee.

Relating to the procedures for an application for a writ of habeas corpus and the issuance of the writ.

Relating to prohibiting the use of certain social media applications and services on devices owned or leased by state agencies.

Relating to payment of costs related to the relocation of certain utility facilities for state highway projects.

Proposing a constitutional amendment relating to the Texas University Fund, which provides funding to certain institutions of higher education to achieve national prominence as major research universities and drive the state economy.

Relating to the regulation of the collection, use, processing, and treatment of consumers' personal data by certain business entities; imposing a civil penalty.

Relating to the administration and investment of, and distribution and use of money from, certain constitutional and statutory funds to support general academic teaching institutions in achieving national prominence as major research universities and driving the state economy; redesignating the national research university fund as the Texas University Fund.

Relating to the Rural Veterinarian Incentive Program.

Relating to the persons authorized to administer an oath in this state.

Relating to the export fee charged for the transfer of groundwater from a groundwater conservation district.
