No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

It is assumed that some schools may need to adjust local policies and provide additional training for certain staff regarding the use of restraint or a chemical irritant on a person 10 years of age or under.  However, no significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
