No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would create new eligibility requirements for contracted advocate programs.

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill for the Office of Court Administration and the Department of Family and Protective Services could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
