No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require the Department of Family and Protective Service to provide medical records and the information used to resolve the case to the child's parent or legal guardian or, if represented by an attorney, the attorney of the parent or legal guardian. It is assumed that any costs related to technology and policy changes would be insignificant.
