No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, Employees Retirement System, Department of Insurance, and the Texas Medical Board, any duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by the agencies utilizing existing resources.
