No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Texas Workforce Commission, it is assumed that the costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to the eligibility for unemployment benefits of individuals who are unemployed due to certain labor disputes could be absorbed using existing resources.
