No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure, relating to the confidentiality of home address information for victims of child abduction and to the administration of the Address Confidentiality Program by the Office of the Attorney General.

The Office of the Attorney General anticipates that any additional workload resulting from the provisions of this bill could be absorbed within current resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
