No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require the Department of Family and Protective Services to provide information as soon as practicable when requested by the state or local juvenile justice department that is necessary to improve and maintain community safety or that assists the agency in the continuation of services for or providing services to certain multisystem youth.
