No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would continue the Office of State Federal Relations (OSFR) for 12 years. The bill would repeal statutory provisions relating to OSFR's federal funds management. The bill would amend OSFR's annual reporting requirements to remove outdated provisions and require OSFR to post each annual report on its website.

According to the Trusteed Programs and the Sunset Advisory Commission, no significant fiscal implications are anticipated from the provisions of the bill.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
