IN RE:	HB1680 by Howard (Relating to the authority of certain minors to consent to Texas Home Visiting Program services.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow a minor who is otherwise eligible for a home visiting program to consent to enrollment in and to receive services from a home visiting program.

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
