No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) to provide a judge, upon request, information relating to the custody of certain inmates. According to TDCJ, any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.
