IN RE:
HB1819 by Cook (Relating to the repeal of the authority of political subdivisions to adopt or enforce juvenile curfews.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would make conforming changes, including repealing the status offense of violation of a juvenile curfew ordinance or order. It is assumed that any fiscal impact and any impact on state juvenile correctional populations or on the demand for state juvenile correctional resources would not be significant.

Local Government Impact

It is assumed that any fiscal impact to units of local government associated with enforcement, prosecution, supervision, or confinement would not be significant.
