HB2033 by Guillen (Relating to the inclusion of the Texas Department of Transportation on the Texas Electricity Supply Chain Security and Mapping Committee.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would add the executive director of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to the Texas Electric Supply Chain Security and Mapping Committee and require TxDOT to provide staff as necessary to assist the committee in carrying out its duties. 

Based on the information provided by TxDOT and the Public Utility Commission, it is assumed any costs or duties associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the agencies' existing resources.
