No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

Districts will need to provide written information detailing policy regarding the placement, operation, and/or maintenance of any video cameras to a parent/guardian of students who receive Special Education services in a class with cameras.
