No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would allow managed care organizations to retain a portion of money recovered due to an investigation of fraud and abuse. It is assumed that recoveries associated with the bill would be insignificant and costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.
