It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

It is assumed that the costs of enforcing the building code standards applicable in the unincorporated areas of certain counties, as revised by the bill, would be offset by fees charged to persons subject to those standards, as authorized by the bill.
