No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the Department of Insurance, the Board of Public Accountancy, the Board of Architectural Examiners, the Board of Professional Engineers & Land Surveyors, the Texas Board of Nursing, the Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners, and the Department of Motor Vehicles, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
