No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Public Utility Commission of Texas, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. The State Office of Administrative Hearings has estimated that there may be a fiscal impact on the agency, however they are unable to determine this impact at this time.
