Based on the analysis of the State Office of Administrative Hearings, Department of Public Safety, Health and Human Services Commission, Department of Family and Protective Services, and the Department of Agriculture, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

Texas Department of Insurance is unable to determine the impact of this bill. Implementation of this bill may have a fiscal impact on the Texas Department of Insurance

Local Government Impact
