No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend various sections of the Education Code relating to the name, image, or likeness of a student athlete participating in an intercollegiate athletic program at an institution of higher education. It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.
