No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Transportation Code relating to persons qualifying as an "immediate family member" for the purposes of eligibility to receive the Gold Star specialty license plate.

Based on the information provided by the Department of Motor Vehicles, it is assumed any costs or duties associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.
