IN RE:	HB3099 by Stucky (Relating to the designation of a portion of U.S. Highway 380 in Wise and Jack Counties as the Lost Battalion Memorial Highway.), As Passed 2nd House

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to design, construct, and erect highway markers naming a specific portion or segment of the state highway.

Based on the information provided by TxDOT, it is assumed any costs or duties associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.
